Seit über 22 Jahren bin ich tief mit dem Thema Persönlichkeitsdiagnostik verbunden. Im Jahr 2001 wurde es zu meinem Lebensthema und meiner Leidenschaft.
Meine Faszination für die Individualität von Menschen, die sich im LUXXprofile widerspiegelt, ist heute noch genauso groß wie vor 22 Jahren.
Das, was LUXX heute ausmacht, stammt – wenn ich das so sagen darf – zu einem großen Teil von mir persönlich. Mein Enthusiasmus gilt der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des LUXX Personality Toolsets, um immer mehr Menschen ein wirkungsvolles Instrument für ihre zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen und ihr berufliches Engagement zu bieten.
Neben dem Management ist die Welt des Sports mein Zuhause. Es begeistert mich, zu erleben, wie Trainer mit LUXX die Leistung ihrer Athleten steigern können. Das gilt auch fürs Management. Aber anders als im Management dokumentieren Medaillen hier den Erfolg der Arbeit mit LUXX.
In meinen Expert-Ausbildungen ist es mir ein großes Anliegen, diese Begeisterung und Faszination an Euch weiterzugeben. Ich biete Zertifizierungen in Deutsch und in Englisch, sowohl für Menschen aus der Businesswelt als auch für den Amateur- und Profi-Sport an. Ich staune immer wieder, wie LUXX hilft, Hintergründe zu erkennen, Situationen neu einzuschätzen, gezielt an den richtigen Stellen anzusetzen und Menschen mitzunehmen, um neue Perspektiven und Lösungen zu finden.

I was introduced to the LUXXprofile (the predecessor to the ReissProfile) in 2002 – and quickly fell in love with it. The fascination with how accurately the LUXXprofile describes the diversity and uniqueness of people and the doors it opens still inspires me even after more than 20 years. It offers completely new approaches for development and improvement in professional and private life as well as in sport.
Even today, I still come away from coaching, leadership training, team development or conflict moderation deeply impressed. I am always amazed at how LUXX helps to recognize backgrounds, reassess situations, target the right areas and bring people along to find new perspectives and solutions.
I would like to pass on this enthusiasm and passion, which I experience myself when working with the LUXXprofile, to you in my expert training courses.
Even in the group, you will experience the diversity that makes up people. It is precisely through your differences that you will learn a lot about how different people are and how many perspectives and approaches there are. And you will quickly understand that all of this is actually okay – and how important it is that LUXX is not judgmental. With this attitude, we can grow ourselves and give our clients a great deal.
The first two days are dedicated to building knowledge, understanding LUXX and the meaning of each individual motif. I like to design this part online.
The following two days will be dedicated to practice. Using many examples from my many years of experience as a manager, consultant, trainer and coach, I will show you how you can use LUXX in your professional fields and generate real added value. We will train the analysis and interpretation of profiles, conduct evaluation interviews and discuss your projects and your planned fields of application for the LUXXprofile.
I have been running the training courses together with Peter Boltersdorf for several years now. This is not only a lot of fun – our different personalities offer you a valuable learning environment. And if you don’t understand me, Peter will find the right words for you – and vice versa.

– I can emphasize this quote from Arthur Schopenhauer again and again. It wasn’t only when I was studying psychology that I realized how differently people actually tick. Nevertheless, it was during this time that I became more and more interested in motivational psychology, so I wanted to make it my job.
There were many exciting projects in consulting and coaching, with a wide range of personalities from athletes to managers. And always on board: personality diagnostics.
Shortly after graduating, I had the opportunity to work at the University of Luxembourg on what is now called the LUXX. That makes me a child of the hour 0 when it comes to the LUXX.

The workload in companies has increased massively in recent years. Managers are often working at their limits and there is a risk of losing sight of their employees’ skills. Women in particular often put themselves under enormous pressure to be perfect everywhere or don’t trust themselves to take the next step in their career. In this situation, managers are faced with the major challenge of maintaining a balance between economic pressure and good team leadership. For women, the path to finding their own balance often appears to be rockier.
I experienced this myself in my career as a corporate executive in sales and was stuck in the “family sandwich position”. The balancing act between family, parents in need of care and job was a huge feat and work-life balance was a foreign concept to me. My life actually consisted only of “work”.

I am a business & job coach and work primarily with women in leadership positions or with women who aspire to them. I love connecting with people and am active in many business networks. Thanks to almost 25 years of my own professional experience in management positions in the fashion and media industry – including many years for the magazine ELTERN – I know both the challenges of contemporary personnel management, especially for women, and the pain points of companies. I know how difficult it is to listen to your own voice. As a business coach, I support my clients in doing just that and in achieving self-efficacy. I like to use the LUXXprofile a lot for this myself.
In the 4-day training course, you will first gain a sound insight into the theory, i.e. the scientific method of LUXX. We then deepen the knowledge and move on to the practical exercises. The training usually takes place in small groups so that we can respond well to the questions of the individual participants.

Before graduating (1999) in Economics at the University of Perugia, I studied in Belgium (Erasmus program, University of Liège, Faculty of Economics) and at the London School of Economics in London.
From 2004, I worked as a Business Analyst & Information Analyst in International Finance at State Street Bank in Munich and at the same time completed training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and acquired the following titles: NLP Practitioner, Master, Coach and Business Trainer as well as the International Certifications and further qualifications, e.g. Selling with NLP, Meetings with NLP, Public Speaking with NLP and others.

I have been deeply involved with personality diagnostics for over 22 years. In 2001, it became my life’s work and my passion.
My fascination for the individuality of people, which is reflected in the LUXXprofile, is just as great today as it was 22 years ago.
If I may say so, a large part of what makes LUXX what it is today comes from me personally.
