Each LUXX result is explained by a certified LUXX Expert in a qualified evaluation meeting. It is not permitted to give a coachee/client their results presentation without receiving an explanation.
The LUXX Expert ensures that the coachee has understood all of their 16 motive characteristics and the basic LUXX approach. The goal is always self-reflection and self-acceptance. The personal LUXX basic evaluation is the foundation for this.
An essential ethical rule of working with LUXX is the fact that the profile is completely neutral in terms of value and evaluation and that the LUXX Expert consistently observes this in his analysis and in personal discussions.
The evaluation interview lasts an average of approx. 120 minutes and always explains all 16 motives and the client’s motive characteristics. It also provides a summarized view of the client’s personality, taking into account the respective context.
The LUXX Expert avoids the creation of typologies (even if requested by the customer) and strictly respects the individuality that results from over 152 billion! possible different results.
LUXX Experts create a positive communication situation for each coachee that does justice to the coachee’s individual profile and communicative needs.
LUXX Experts take advantage of the continuous further training offered by the LUXX Academy in order to always be “state of the art” with regard to the innovations of the LUXX Personality Toolset and to integrate all new findings promptly into their application knowledge.
The LUXX Academy offers all LUXX experts the basis for ongoing further training. It provides new insights and new knowledge at all times and promotes the exchange of experience among experts.
The LUXX Academy provides all certified partners with a DGSVO-compliant administration platform for working with people, which facilitates the daily handling of the tests and the numerous results at a high quality level.

I worked as a teacher, but only for 5 years. It just wasn’t my world. And with
the knowledge of my own LUXXprofile, I assume that I wasn’t the favorite teacher for all
my students (too much CURIOSITY RED)
This was followed by an engagement as a business consultant for EU subsidies and, at the same time, the construction and operation of a commercial badminton hall. Both engagements led me into management, where I have been self-employed as a consultant and coach since 1994.
In 2001 I created the LUXXprofile (Reiss Profile at the time). It gave me a whole new perspective and from then on I consistently used personality diagnostics in my projects.
I have supported companies, also internationally, in
leadership development, change management, culture and values work, coaching, team development and conflict management, always with LUXX.
My hobbyhorse, sport, has always been with me.
I really enjoyed working with coaches and athletes in competitive sport, which is still my personal passion today. Some of the bigger names I have worked with
include Mirko Slomka at Schalke 04 and Jürgen Klopp at Mainz05, Heiner
Brand with the national handball team at the 2007 World Championships, as well as
Frank Mantek and Matthias Steiner, the Olympic weightlifting champion in Beijing
2008.
The findings from both consulting fields, management and sport, have constantly
been mutually beneficial and have led to further successful projects.
At the same time, I have invested a large part of my energy over the years in the further development of
REISS and, from 2017, LUXX and its establishment on the market.
In the future, all my energy and attention will go into the further development of the
LUXX Personality Toolset in order to convey even more insights and benefits directly into practice and real life.
In the summer of 2002, my business partner asked me if I had time to attend an appointment with “one Peter Boltersdorf”. Peter had “something on the subject of motivation and wanted to present it to him”. I gladly accepted the appointment.
That was the start of my story with LUXX.
In the restaurant, Peter told me about motifs and the profile (at that time still the ReissProfile).
I was quickly hooked and wanted to know more. A short time later, Peter did a profile with me and I had the chance to think about myself again and understand some things in my life better and free myself from some social clichés about why this or that is good or bad about me.
I was so enthusiastic about the profile that I joined Peter’s second training group in 2003 for expert training.
Our collaboration was initially characterized by a lot of discourse and discussion, because I questioned many of the things Peter said. This included the statement that our personality is stable for life. My own psychological training had taught me something different up to that point. I have now done the profile three times and it is clear that my personality is stable.
Peter and I soon developed an inspiring working relationship that was always driven by the desire to take LUXX further and to develop new services and tools. Back in the days of Reiss, we offered further training for experts and developed focus evaluations.
After the relaunch of LUXX in 2017, we stepped this up even further. I have been a co-partner of LUXX United GmbH since summer 2018.
I have a degree in psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology. I have additional qualifications as an adventure trainer, as a consultant “Beraten im Diskurs”, in coaching and as an NLP practitioner.
As managing partner of grow.up. Managementberatung GmbH, I have been advising companies on change processes, culture and values work and management development since 1997.
I provide support in team and personality development and in various issues relating to the selection and potential assessment of internal and external employees.
I have been working consistently with LUXX in my projects for several years. No other tool can offer me this deep understanding of people and this efficient solution orientation. I love my coaching sessions with the LUXXprofile and while I never wanted to do conflict management in the past, I now love conflict resolution with LUXX.
LUXX is my strength and my passion. I am deeply convinced of the quality and the benefits it offers for people in a wide variety of life situations.
We have big plans for the future to take a significant place in the market with the LUXXprofile and the LUXX Personality Toolset and to consolidate this position.
“In the same environment, everyone lives in a different world”
– I can emphasize this quote from Arthur Schopenhauer again and again. It wasn’t only when I was studying psychology that I realized how differently people actually tick. Nevertheless, it was during this time that I became more and more interested in motivational psychology, so I wanted to make it my job.
There were many exciting projects in consulting and coaching, with a wide range of personalities from athletes to managers. And always on board: personality diagnostics.
Shortly after graduating, I had the opportunity to work at the University of Luxembourg on what is now called the LUXX. That makes me a child of the hour 0 when it comes to the LUXX.
I have been part of the LUXX Instructor Team myself since 2018 and am also part of a team behind the scenes at LUXX United that never loses its joy in the uniqueness of people.
In spring 2020, I was approached by Svenja Klinkenberg, who has been with LUXX for a very long time.
The company LUXX United GmbH, led by Peter Boltersdorf, was looking for an accountant. They had heard that I was good at bringing people, facts and figures together. We knew each other from a network of female entrepreneurs in Aachen and quickly became more than just colleagues.
A short time later, I met Peter. I had already been working in accounting for many years, mostly for IT companies and also for a very long time in management and personnel consulting. I knew little about LUXX until then, but had already done a personality analysis in the past. The first conversation with Peter was not about the LUXXprofile at all. I was delighted that Peter let me stay in my accounting bubble. A short time later, I also met Uta and took my own LUXXprofile; the evaluation interview brought insights that had a lasting positive influence on me and my path.
I am in close contact with most of the instructors and experts. The management trusts me and I do my part to ensure that LUXX can and will grow.
I am at home in accounting and also in personnel management. I support people seeking advice on a voluntary basis – and my knowledge of the LUXXprofile helps me a lot. All in all, being part of LUXX is a great benefit for me.
The appreciative interaction in the team, the open ear, and although we live spread out in Germany, always in good contact. I am particularly enthusiastic about the ongoing development of LUXX.
As a LUXXprofile Instructor, I don’t just work as a coach.
My work with and at LUXX began with my master’s thesis, in which I examined and analyzed the motivational similarities among wine lovers. This involved addressing target groups in online marketing based on their motivations. The results were as clear as they were unique. You can find them in the download area under Studies.
Since then, I have been responsible for social media communication at LUXX.
I am currently taking care of my new life project, my little son Erik, who was born in December 2024.
I applied to LUXX as a research assistant because I have always been fascinated by the psychology and motivation behind human behavior.
As far as these topics are concerned, I was not disappointed. I have been working for LUXX for about 2 years now and have not only gained interesting insights into human behavior, but have also been able to use my foreign language skills to open up LUXX to the English-speaking world.
Although and precisely because I live on the other side of the world, I really value the team involvement and open communication at LUXX. This not only promotes my personal development, but also provides deep insights into the continuous development of LUXX.
In December 2024, I started my job as a working student in the social media department at LUXX United GmbH. A fellow student had shared the ad and it immediately sounded like an exciting opportunity to supplement my studies in Fashion Management with practical experience.
At LUXX, I am responsible for managing and developing the social media channels, developing content and working on creative ideas to make the brand even more visible. I particularly appreciate the freedom to contribute my own suggestions and the support I receive from the team. It’s not just about implementation, but about making a difference together.
My studies help me to find the connection between strategic thinking and creative work. At the same time, LUXX teaches me a lot about the importance of authentic communication – something that fits in perfectly with the LUXXprofile philosophy.
The work at LUXX is varied, the team is super open, and I am happy to be part of a company that not only helps others, but also allows me to grow personally.
